PLC Control Automatic Viscous Liquid Filler 16Head 1L Edible Oil Bottle Filling Machine is an extremely flexible piston fillers capable of filling accurately and rapidly a wide variety of products from low viscosity liquids to high viscosity paste or cream with or without chunks or particulates.
Automatic linear piston filler is designed for completely automatic, multiple position, inline dispensing of liquids and pastes in volume ranging from 50ml to 1000m per cycle. Available in 6, 8, 10 ,12 and 16 nozzle configurations to match specific production requirements, Dual lane option is available to increase production by 100% while preserving valuable line space.

Equipment Features:
1.Stainless steel and sanitary pipes are used, and the connection parts are all fast-connected.
2.The servo motor control belt drives the submerged filling mode of the filling head operation. With the set variable speed filling function, the filling head rises with the liquid level, and the liquid level is synchronized, which can reduce the easy foaming. The production of foam during filling, preventing bottle mouth pollution caused by material spillage, effectively increasing production capacity
3. It can also adopt the de-cylinder structure, which can completely empty the material in the material tank, effectively avoiding cross-contamination of materials, and replacing the sealing ring is more convenient and quick.
